To Whom It May Concern:

   This letter comes to you today regarding Jaroy Carpenter. It is a privilege to recommend his ministry to you. Jaroy is a powerful communicator who has the pulse of the youth culture and knows how to relate to them and their needs. It has been my experience in working with Jaroy that he truly has a heart for the church and particularly for the youth of today.

   Jaroy was a local church youth pastor for ten years. He served in one of our fellowships strongest churches in Irving, Texas with J. Don George. The fruit of his ministry is in the number of youth that are now serving in full time ministry. He is a motivator, he is a discipler, but most of all he is a man who has a heart for God and knows how to communicate that passion.

   Jaroy currently is a part of the Creative Communications team I began last year. He also is a member of the Get Real Assemblies team. He speaks in schools, conferences, conventions, and does powerful illustrated sermons through his own ministry, Solid Rock Resources. Jaroy is the person that I am recommending to others for dates that I am unable to fulfill. I have great confidence in Jaroy as an individual and as a minister.

   Jaroy has a wonderful family. His wife Kim is a great asset to his ministry. He has two terrific children who have made Jaroy a balanced person who knows life from all facets.
