In seven and a half years as a public school classroom teacher and Athletic trainer (sports medicine) Jaroy has a keen insight into the hearts and minds of today's youth culture.

Jaroy is a national and international communicator on key areas of youth ministry settings, including conventions, camps and retreats, campus ministries, missions trips, youth programs and concepts, recreational activities, etc. He periodically hosts several shows which appear on Trinity Broadcasting Network including Praise The Lord and various ministries programs.

Jaroy also spent ten years as Student Ministry Director at Calvary Temple, Irving, TX. He has developed numerous discipleship and outreach programs. He has developed summer camping programs and Illustrated Drama presentations used across the country. He is also author of "Getem' Pumped" a game and activities manual for large & small groups, camps, retreats and conventions.

Jaroy is the founder of Solid Rock Resources, which includes resources for youth ministry ideas and programs. Jaroy works closely in the public school arena with "Get Real" School Assemblies. Jaroy is part of a ministry team which provides campus ministry training, illustrated sermons scripts, videos and many other valuable ministry resources.

He speaks at camps, retreats, rallies, sponsor and leadership training, school assemblies, illustrated sermons, interactive and team building games and activities, campus leadership training.

Jaroy and his wife Kim have three children, daughter Carli, son Cade, and son Corbin.

His ministry delivers a powerful message which inspires youth to live an overcoming life in a day where the hard-hitting pressures of society are greater than ever. Giving solid answers when their world is rocked.
