Jaroy is a national and international communicator on key areas of youth ministry settings, including conventions, camps and retreats, campus ministry, school assemblies, mission's trips, youth programming and concepts, recreational and team building activities. His 26 years of youth ministry experiences includes 8 years as a public high school teacher and sports medicine, ten years as Student Ministry Director for Calvary Temple, Irving TX., and youth evangelist. Along with his traveling ministries he currently partners with Southwestern Assemblies of God University as Director of Sports Medicine and Southwestern Athlete's Outreach. He has developed numerous discipleship and outreach programs, along with youth camp programming concepts and Illustrated Drama Presentations used across the country. He is the author of "Get'em Pumped", a game and actvities manual for large and small groups, camps, retreats, conventions and school assemblies. Jaroy is the founder of Solid Rock Resources, which includes resources for youth ministry ideas and programs for campus ministry, illustrated sermons, videos and many other valuable ministry resources. Jaroy and his wife kim have three children. Their ministry delivers a powerful message which inspires youth to live an overcoming life in a day where hard hitting pressures of society are greater than ever.
